Current Game Server Operations 2013 & 2014
Zero Point Games is constantly changing as members come and go and new games are released. We will be dialing in our new BF4 ranked server =ZPG= MEATGRINDER 2014 testing map rotations and game modes until we find out what our members enjoy most. Current ZPG BF4 game administrators will be running the new server. We will maintain our current TeamSpeak 3 battle communications server through out 2014 and beyond. The ZPG Gaming Community
Zero Point Games has been hosting dedicated game servers and offering an on-line home for like minded gamers since 2004. As long as we can maintain a core group of full members to support our operational overhead costs we will continue to host dedicated FPS servers managed and run by the members. Hackers and stat padders will never be tolerated in our ranks. Rude and abusive attitudes and disruptive gamers will not be tolerated.
Various Games & Game Play modes
Zero Point Games has offered dedicated servers in the Battlefield series since the inception of Battlefield 1942, we have run public servers with each game release since. Our members do enjoy many other games and teaming up while gaming in Team Speak 3 increases the enjoyment and teamwork in all types of game play.
New Structure for 2014
We do not seek high membership numbers only quality members and grunts that are good team players, fun to be around in Team Speak and compatible with our current members. We have a small but very stable game administrators group very capable when it comes to dealing with problem gamers. We have increased the numbers in our grunt ranks over that past year, we draw upon our grunt ranks for new members.
ZPG Membership Benifits ZPG Members are part of a unique first person shooter gaming community, currently Battlefield series EA games have been our center ground. The member’s dues support the day to day operations and overhead cost of our various servers and server programming. All member's have a say in how we run ZPG from day to day, the members provide input and ideas in our live Team Speak meetings when scheduled. Members have direct access to our game admins in Team speak during game play and are guaranteed a slot on our ranked servers (when running) no matter how full they might be. Members have a private forum access area to exclusive game support and game tips as well as PC tech support assistance from our member’s expertise. Members get to run full ZPG tags in game and enjoy the excellent ZPG squad and in game teamwork that increases the level of fun like nothing out there. Even hackers running the best hack packs available couldn’t have as much fun as possible in a good clean hard gaming ZPG squad in battle!
ZPG Rank Structure 2014
We have several levels of rank at ZPG the basic command flow is as follows, ZPG members have a voice in all daily operational procedures. Members can request map rotation changes or rule changes etc. Change requests must be posted in the member’s area of the forum. All suggestions are openly discussed in our meetings. Senior members and admins screen and discuss the requests and founders request votes on those agreed to be valid and implement the new changes per the live vote results. If any one member has issues with another member they can call a meeting to discuss the problems and if a ZPG member is not representing the group well or in accordance with our rules of conduct they can be voted out and denied ZPG membership. If there is an incident in TS3 and no admins are present record the dispute and make it available prior to the next members meeting. Zpg grunts are a temporary rank offered to those unable to financially support the operation but allows them to run grunt tags. Many of our grunts eventual become full members. If a member wishes to step down in good standing they can still remain part of ZPG in the grunt ranks.
